The Season for Nonviolence is a 64-day global campaign (Jan 30 - Apr 4) honoring Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr., inspired by their legacies, to promote peace, compassion, and nonviolent action through community events. Co-founded by Arun Gandhi, it encourages individuals and communities to reflect on nonviolence principles aiming to create a more peaceful world by bridging divides and fostering understanding.

This special tribute celebrates the pioneering Puerto Rican flutist whose innovative blend of jazz, Latin, and world music captivated audiences worldwide and left an indelible mark on contemporary music.
Experience an afternoon of soulful melodies and rhythmic excellence as these talented artists come together to pay homage to a true musical legend.
Admission is free to the public.

Dinner at Tavernas - During our stay at the second hotel (May 23 - 27), we will need to purchase our own dinners
Flights to/from Greece - Attendees must find their own way to and from Athens.
Ferry Tickets - Blue Star Ferries offers tickets online. Please plan ahead and get your tickets to Ikaria before the retreat begins, and for when the retreat is over. Link provided on Registration page.
Refreshments/Beverages -The one thing your fee does not cover are beverages. All beverages can be charged to your room and settled up upon check-out.
Lunches - Lunch can be ordered at the local restaurants.
Travel Insurance - Please investigate what travel insurance works best for you. It is mandatory on this retreat.
Hotel Tax Fee - There may be a small fee of a few euros when checking out to cover the hotel tax fee the Greek government imposes upon hotels.
